Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Nyraa Pearls, every piece is carefully checked and packaged before shipping. Because our jewellery is delicate and may be specially selected for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, or simply because the customer no longer wants the item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To help us assess the issue, please provide:

Your order number.

Clear photos and/or videos showing the damage.

Photos of the packaging, if applicable.

A brief description of the problem.

Please do not wear, alter, repair, or attempt to fix the jewellery before contacting us.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer an exchange for the same or an equivalent item, subject to availability; or a refund if a suitable replacement is unavailable or otherwise approved by us.

Important

Damage caused by wear, accidents, misuse, improper care, chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, water, or alterations is not covered. Natural variations in pearls and gemstones, including differences in colour, shape, texture, or inclusions, are not considered damage or defects.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging if we request a return.

Return shipping arrangements for confirmed damaged or defective items will be discussed with the customer before the item is sent back. Refunds, where approved, will generally be made to the original payment method. We reserve the right to assess each damage claim before approving an exchange or refund.

Shipping Policy

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may take longer during sales, promotions, or peak periods.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local authorities.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are correct before completing your order. We may not be able to change the shipping address once an order has been dispatched. If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

If your order appears to be delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant details. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist you where possible.
